Hi Cursor team,
Our extension used to be discoverable and installable via the Cursor Marketplace, but recently it no longer appears in search results, even though it is still available on Open VSX. This cause some inconvenience for our company staffs since many of our employees are using Cursor with the extension

We’ve noticed similar reports from other developers where extensions temporarily disappear from Cursor Marketplace while remaining on Open VSX, and sometimes reappear later without changes.
Is this expected behavior (e.g. sync delay, caching, filtering), or something we should take action on?
