I was using it when suddenly it prompted “Failed to read file.”
Steps to Reproduce
I don’t know if it’s because this file has over 8,000 lines of code, but anyway, the previous conversation was working normally, while the next one didn’t work. Even creating a new chat to read this file didn’t work, but it can read other files
