Hi Cursor Support,
I wanted to submit a feature request that would make administering Cursor much easier for organizations with internal approval processes.
Currently, when team members reach their usage limit, they can click the “Request Usage Increase” button, which sends a notification directly to our admins. We’d love the ability to either:
Disable this button entirely, or
Configure a custom URL that users are redirected to instead (for example, an internal request form, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or another approval workflow).
Our organization already has a formal process for requesting additional AI usage, and having users submit requests through our existing workflow would help us track approvals, capture business justification, and ensure requests are handled consistently.
A configurable redirect URL in the admin settings would be an ideal solution, allowing each organization to integrate Cursor into its own governance process.
Is this something that’s currently on your roadmap? If not, we’d appreciate it if you could consider it as a feature request.
