Frequently (but not always), when I add a file to a chat, the LLM can’t see it.
Occasionally I can get to a bit more information where the LLM will say “I see there’s a file in ‘suggested files’” but it can’t actually read the code.

This is definitely preventing me from using cursor as this happens very frequently…
does it happen for new chat too?
can you try re-indexing your codebase from cursor settings and then doing this? It should help
This was a known bug that should be fixed now - give it another try and let me know if you’re still seeing issues
I have similar issues - after I selected the output manually from terminal and pasted in, it seems to work. As I selected with “add to chat” button it could not be recognized.
There are definitely bugs there
