With a mouse, I can use the scroll wheel in the edit window and the cursor chat window. However, on my Microsoft surface laptop, touch-and-drag scrolling works fine in the code editor window but not the cursor AI chat window.

Same here. Very annoying. Love Cursor and love my Surface Pro 11. If only they could play nice together.
