Also the same with me… For context this is useful when you want to ask it to create files in a specific folder, or you need to edit more than 1 file in a folder and you dont have select them all manually.

Same problem here… this bug started a couple weeks ago for me. I tried: reindexing explicitly including the folder in .cursorignore So, far other than drilling down in to the dialog with my mouse, the solution has been to share the path of the folder.

Also noticed this today. Only workaround I’ve found is to start with @ and then type “file” to select it from the dropdown menu - then you can @folders as before. [CleanShot 2025-02-27 at 22.12.12@2x]

I have this issue too - I can no longer @ a folder. The workaround I found is that I can just drag the folder I need from the left sidebar and drop it right into the composer, and it inserts it properly as if I had used @folder. So at least there is still a way to do it.
