Gemini compatability

Hi!
I have been using gemini a lot recently and think the model has great potential. The latest gemini-exp-1121 seems really smart.

However, the model seems to have “connection issues” sometimes when using chat and when I try ty apply chat code I get " Failed to Apply Code. Please try again with a different file. If this persists, contact us at hi@cursor.com. Your request ID is ce156cc2-611f-422c-90d6-29f561a05252".

With composer it only says the model does not work with my current plan or api-key which is very strange. Seems like it is a broader issue. No success in trying other google models either. I have checked everything on the google side and that seems fine.

Do you have a Pro subscription?

Yes I do, I have premium Cursor set up and a payment plan on Google AI. I can find no issue there and everything else works as expected.

Update:
Chat seems to be working fine for now.
However, I have never gotten Composer to work with gemini
