I’m trying to sign upusing my GitHub Enterprise account, but the confirmation e-mail is sent to a different e-mail (the e-mail has “+<company_name>” before the “@” symbol). I think that’s an issue with how GitHub sends the e-mail information to Cursor.
Because of this, I want instead to create an account using just e-mail+password, but now I get a message saying the sign-up process is blocked and I should contact support.
I’ve tried to do that, and “Sam” said the account was probably wrongly flagged by AI, and the support team was already working on unblocking it.
I haven’t heard anything since. It has been a week.

I’ve tried to create a post to resolve my problem, which was not at all resolved through e-mails (I don’t even get responses from “Sam” anymore) and I simply can’t describe my problem or the post is removed
When registering through GitHub, it wrongly sends the email [email protected], so I never receive the confirmation email.
I’ve tried to register using email and password, but now my account seems to be blocked.
