When I revert changes then ask the agent to do something in a different way it belive that it needs to go back and change the items itself. Its annoying to have to tell it “i have already reverted the changes” as it feels like it should have context around this?
Add context to tell it if the user undid the changes in the chat already. If you guys already inject this context maybe place it closer to the end of the context prompt or before the user message as Opus 4.5 Never seems to know that I already undid the chagnes and It leads to it trying to manaully rever tthe changes and failing as the files have updated their contents since they were injected into the agents context.
