GPT-5 context resetting

Describe the Bug

Selected context is not persistent when using GPT-5.
Wouldn’t say it’s unusable, but it’s easy to spend tokens if you don’t realize the files have been reset.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select things for context
2. Perform some type of work
3. Notice context needs to be added again

Expected Behavior

Context is usually persistent
