Hi Cursor team,
My Grok Bot’s computer has been unresponsive since October 24, 2026. Every Shell command hangs until it times out or I interrupt it, even a trivial echo ok. Background tasks that need the computer stall too (video muxing with ffmpeg, image generation with Python). Just now a basic message plus a one-line command hung for about 9 minutes before I interrupted it.
Steps to Reproduce
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
I ran “Update Bot’s Computer” twice, with no change.
I ran “Reset Bot’s Computer”, with no change.
I connected a second computer of mine, and it also hangs on wake.
I switched VPNs on my side, with no change.
Expected Behavior
Expected: Shell commands run and return within seconds.
Actual: every command hangs indefinitely.

Additional Information
This is a Grok Bot issue, not a Cursor Editor or Tab issue. The bot’s cloud computer (box) has hung on every Shell command since Oct 24, 2026, even on echo ok, which times out after about 14 minutes. Two “Update Bot’s Computer” runs, one “Reset Bot’s Computer” and a VPN switch didn’t help. My second registered computer also hangs on wake. I sent in-app feedback too. Timezone: Europe/Moscow (UTC+3).
Does this stop you from using Cursor
Yes - Cursor is unusable
