Bot replies that use Markdown should render as formatted chat, not flatten into a wall of text.
Want the usual set: ## headings, - lists, bold, inline code, fenced blocks, links. Skip empty sections. No need for mermaid.
Why: morning overviews, last30days briefs, and multi-bot status dumps are unreadable as a blob. The bots already write this way; the app should show it.

Grok Bot already renders Markdown on both desktop and iOS: headings, lists, bold, inline code, fenced code blocks, and links should all display formatted.
Bots default to short prose in chat, so telling a bot to “format the morning overview with headings and bullet lists” usually gets you the structure you want.
If you’re seeing literal ## or ** symbols in replies, could you share a screenshot and the app version you’re on? That would help us dig in.
Interesting! I asked Grok Bot if he knew how to output in Markdown and he said no, hence the FR. I’ll go back and ask more nicely
