With Codex auth being added in places like OpenCode, Clawdbot Moltbot OpenClaw, Jetbrains, and others, it is time to add it to Cursor.
You can still charge me $20 to be able to even be able to use codex auth that is fine.
Now that there are no free models and with Cursor’s new pricing model (pay per token), the $20 plan gets you almost nowhere. That is 3% of usage per day for your month, and nowadays a single query could get you well over 5%.
That on top of all the other features being added lately like subagents and background agents that more easily allow you to burn tokens render the $20 plan almost obsolete.
Please consider enabling Codex auth to get more inference or looking into other free model options.
