Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

This has been going on for a month for me. Sometimes I end up in a state where files don’t save on CMD-S anymore and only fix is to do a hard restart of my m1 mac. Any ideas?

Hey, that’s pretty strange. Does this happen in all your projects? Maybe an extension is intercepting that shortcut? You can also enable auto‑save, so you won’t need to use this shortcut.
