Hide code diffs on chat to declutter UI

On Cursor 2 as the agent was making changes to the code those diffs were hidden, making the agent chat visually very lean.

Unfortunately on Cursor 3 we get within the chat a snippet of the diff per file that was changed. This considerably clutters the UI.

Please include way to tweak this from “Appearance” settings or outright make it how it was on Cursor 2.
