Hit 500 limit, Cursor is unusable and web dashboard errors out

I cannot even make use of gpt-3.5 turbo, it stuck at these 3-dot animation and nothing happens.

When I try to login to a dashboard, it loads painfully slow, and then displays “upgrade to pro” button (even though I am already pro user with active subscription.
