Then if i click “+ add model” again without even filling the field with placeholder “New model name” a new entry will be created in the list of models without any name.
I didn’t see have any explanation / info on the UI and also it doesn’t validate the field, so I’m assuming this isn’t finished?
I wonder what this is supposed to do?
Initially I was hoping this feature would allow me to do point to my own server running deepseek or to my local ollama instance, but after my first few attempts i’m just confused, is this button achieving anything?
Hey, this button is intended for adding models from different providers, and it doesn’t work with local models. As for the empty model name, I’ll report this to our team.
Not sure what you mean by “this button is intended for adding models from different providers,” aren’t all the models listed in there already? why would i be able to randomly type the name of a model?
If you scroll down the page with models, you’ll see providers at the bottom that you can use by simply entering your API key. You can also use other providers, like OpenRouter or DeepSeek, by just changing the base URL and entering the model you need from the list of models.
