How to apply only some changes that cursor made

Consider the following scenario:

I asked Cursor to do job 1 and job 2
Cursor does both jobs in one message.
The files for some reason are already applied to my files.
I want only the changes from job 1 applied to my files, and the rest “stashed” away in cursor chat.

But when I ask cursor to do something the files have already been changed. Do I need to reject all the changes and then apply one by one? I want cursor to “prepare” all the changes, but I want to select the ones I want to add right now.
