Currently when I ctrl+L submit something and cursor give several changes, I need to click the green CTRL+SHIFT+Y one by one. Is there a button that CTRL+SHIFT+Y for all ?

Good question, I am not sure, but now I am looking at:
FIle > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts
You might find something in there!
Looks like:
Ctrl+PauseBreak
- (
Ctrl+Enterseems to work too)
I just tested it and it worked for me…
after doing an Apply (which brought up all the diffs to accept).
