I’ve been trying to find a way to disable the auto-scroll feature in the Chat pane.
While I’m aware of the “Auto-Scroll to Bottom” setting in the Composer pane, this doesn’t seem to affect the Chat pane.
Is there an existing setting or workaround to prevent the Chat pane from automatically scrolling to the bottom during conversations?
If not, are there any plans to introduce such a feature in future updates?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Any update on this? I’m trying to read all the code Cursor is generating, and scrolling hurts my eyes

Hey, you need to turn this off in the Cursor settings, and it will disable autoscroll.

Has this setting been removed? It’s no longer present.
