How to enable completions

Sorry for the stupid question, but I haven’t been able to figure this out on my own for a long time.
Some time ago I received a message that the number of free requests for the current month was exceeded, and I chose the option to disable completions. I thought that with the beginning of the next month the completions would just automatically turn on again, but they did not turn on themselves.
And I can not find this option in the settings.

How do I turn the completions back on?

If not, is the Cursor Tab button in the bottom-right of the screen showing Cursor Tab is enabled?
