How to rollback cursor to 0.45

Here’s a thread with lots of reasons why its horrible:

The new version of Cursor is not good... and Claude 3.7 not good

Bring back the separate the tabs for chat and composer. Composer worked nearly perfectly before but now it rarely applies changes. Composer goes off on its own and starts making changes that were not explicitly asked for. Copying code and running CMD+L no longer opens a new chat Composer used to find relevant files to the current file and apply changes when needed, now it does not. There are more and I will post them as I rediscover them again.
