Something changed since last update

Describe the Bug

Im using cursor max with claude 4. its been absolutely crushing long tasks with agent mode and creating files. Now all of sudden its unable to perform huge tasks. constantly failing, running git commands because tools are failing. something happened it seems. can i revert to a previous version?

Steps to Reproduce

Build a design doc with an entire screen with many components and ask it to build it out entirely. Its having trouble searching files, creating files, and completing the tasks. Gets sidetrack with git commands.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, sorry about that. We’re releasing an update soon that should fix this issue. In the meantime, you can switch to the previous version. You can download it here:

yep. I am just using CC now. Claude 4 is absolutely destroying my code in cursor tonight

Please know that Cursor has changed my life. I did not know what an import statement was 2.5 months ago. but why was 1.3.0 pushed so hastily today? seems like it was barely even half-baked.
