I discussed with AI and came up with a solution.
so I want to write it to a note file.
I hope to save the chat content to a markdown file.
However, I find it very difficult to do so.

Simply ask the AI to write down the entire details of your discussion as a plan and to store it in a"filename.md" or wherever you want. It will create it for you. Then you can later refer to it @filename.md in the chat as normal.

This is the right answer. Claude and ChatGPT both know how to author markdown files for display and/or download. In GPT, ask for a canvas.
