Both of these are known gaps in the Agents Window (Glass) layout:

Thinking model indicators: The brain icons that appear in the editor layout’s model picker aren’t yet present in the Agents Window version. As a workaround, thinking variants are typically listed below the regular ones in the dropdown. You can also disable model variants you don’t use in Cursor Settings > Models to reduce ambiguity.

Context window usage: The percentage indicator is still available in Glass, it just moved. Hover over the conversation title at the top of the chat, and a tooltip will show the model, folder path, and context usage percentage.
