I can't stop Agent any more - command rejection

After I posted on the forum, I saw that other users have written about that problems also before. He noticed that problem already with Version: 0.47.8

Agent doesn't recognise rejections when user initiated

When I reject a command, the Agent thinks something went wrong and tries it again and, when that fails, suggests alternatives. e.g: I see that the git commands are being rejected.
