Hey, thanks for the request. The official changelog is here: What's New in Cursor — Latest Updates & Release Notes. It’s tracked by feature releases like 3.13, 3.14 and it usually updates about once a week when a new feature version ships.
The few updates a day you’re seeing are patch builds for bug fixes, stability, and staged rollouts. Those aren’t documented individually, so you won’t see a changelog entry for each one.

Users have asked for a more detailed patch-level changelog, but it’s intentionally not on the roadmap right now. I’ll pass along the feedback that there’s interest in it.
