Basically the title, i often miss it when the agent is getting an overview of the code for minutes and i dont have the window focused. I think it would be better if it would behave like a request for permission to execute a command where it notifies the user and waits for an answer.

Same, it displays the switch button for about 2 seconds then gives up. Super annoying! 
Hey, thanks for the feedback. This is a known pain point. The plan mode prompt times out on purpose to avoid blocking long-running tasks, but not being able to get it back afterward, and not getting an OS notification when you’re away from the window, is definitely not great.
