I’ve been hesitating to write this post since it’s quite specific but I think it’s time I share this experience with the Cursor team.
Everytime I work with an external API, and especially AppStore API with Flutter, it’s working soooo bad.
Everything else is kind of manageable and I always figure out a solution.
But for some reason, in-app purchases and Apple Storekit seem impossible to get it working.
I’m not asking the Cursor team to fix this issue specific, I know it’s too narrow.
However, I would really appreciate if they could improve how Cursor can communicate with 3rd party stuff that’s outside of the local environment.
Maybe pay extra attention to Docs during these cases, be extra tilted towards a certain type of logging or whatever. API:s in general seem to be a weak spot of Cursor right now.
