it say reading long file list. when does it show reading long file list?
and what does this mean in the image. that not the whole code is read?

As far as I understand, if it’s the Normal Chat, they may not all be used. Some parts could be left out if they don’t fit the context.
If you switch to the Long Context Chat, all the files will be used inside the context until you reach the token limit. (Not sure though about Gemini flash 500k)

i dont understand the indexing than. if the whole codebase is indexed (whole means every file in my open cursor project?) it will not be used if i dont mention it, i think. but what is indexing codebase then all about?
I think it’s used when you do “Ctrl-Enter” in the chat, which uses “Chat with Codebase” and then it utilizes the indexed codebase
