I'm new to cursor, please help me

When we define a “persona” at the beginning of the interaction, artificial intelligence tends to respond more assertively.

That said, is it possible to create a “persona” to be fixed in that specific project without having to manually place it every time I start an interaction?

My preference is one persona per project, but if you don’t have one, it can be done directly in the Cursor IDE, I believe that would make it much easier.

Persona example: Consider that you are a senior frontend developer, specialized in React with Typescript, performance and SEO.

I believe you’re looking for .cursorrules.

yes. This def. .cursorrules.
you can set a global preset in the settings which will be applied on every new project. OR you can create for each new project a new .cursorrule file inside the Project and write your persona in there.
