Every time that I try reverting a version, getting something from GitHub, and sometimes even after cursor updates my code for me, I seem to get a lot of indentation errors.
First time writing on here so not sure if the image is going to attach properly, but I have this one file, app.py (doesn’t happen only to this file but mostly, that manages my functions. I would say that if it were to happen to anyone, easiest way would be to revert the version of the project, specially when you ask cursor something and it gives u a bad reply.
I’m using macOS Ventura 13.1. I couldn’t find the version of my Cursor, but it has been happening ever since I have downloaded it
I am facing the same problem, and it’s REALLY annoying. any find a way to fix it?
Same as well, it mess totally the code for indentation, and even restore to previous checkpoint doesnt work, i am on pc
I’m getting a lot of this bug as well. The AI will try autopep8 and some other tools to fix it, but it keeps coming back. I try to manually fix it, but when there are lots of errors it becomes untenable. Even if I revert the code, somehow they magically reappear. I don’t understand what’s going on. Makes it impossible to work on a project. I hope someone can shed some light on this issue.
