Indentation Issues with Reverting to Checkpoint

When I stop a response and revert to checkpoint it wrecks the indentation on one of my files. This happens every time and it’s always one of 2 files, although both files have been recreated from scratch. It’s incredibly frustrating.

I’m on windows 10, using 0.48.7, and Claude-3.7-sonnet.

Is it normal for Cursor to just ignore part of the prompt and not fix issues?

did you found a way to fix it ? i’m facing same issue exactly on latest version

I’m facing the same issue reverting to a checkpoint messes up the indentation, especially on a couple of specific files. Have you found any fix or workaround yet? It’s getting really frustrating.

Interesting, for me, I don’t even need to stop the AI response first. Simply using ‘Restore Checkpoint’ is enough to completely mess up the indentation in my files. It’s a major issue that started happening recently, wasn’t like this before. Very frustrating!
