Intellisense / Cursor++ Breaks Every 15 minutes

For some reason, my intellisense and cursor++ stops working every 15 minutes.

I’m forced to Use “Developer: Reload Window” every 15 minutes because of this.

My assumption is that this is some kind of memory leak, somewhere, that the reload clears out.

I’m not sure how to screenshot the issue. Essentially, Cursor++ and intellisense both stop working every 15 minutes or so. Is there a place I can find logs?
