Describe the Bug
I trying to detach cursor browser tab and move it to my second monitor. When I did it, the main window keep the browser inside and new window blank.
Steps to Reproduce
Open new cursor browser tab and drag it out of the main windows
Expected Behavior
Get a new window with the cursor browser to develop with two monitors
