Invisible chat tabs and `+` icon in 1.3.7

Describe the Bug

I thought the tabs were not there, until I hove over them.

Moreover the + icon is not visible too.

Steps to Reproduce

Install 1.3.7, create multiple chats?

Expected Behavior

All chats are visible
