I installed the iOS App. I cannot seem to understand how it works.
It’s like all it can see are the workspaces.
The rest is like there is no connection to the main cursor app.
When I had active agents working, the app showed “Working 0”
All agents “Nothing needs attention - a blank screen”
I’m not sure how to use it. But on the other hand, I truly understand why it could be very helpful (Ive asked for a mobile app)
Most probably i’m doing something wrong, If you can shed some light it would be great.
Hi @NikolAID153 Thanks for the post! Nothing is wrong on your end, and you’re not misusing it. Cursor for iOS is a companion for cloud agents, the ones that run on Cursor’s own machines rather than inside your editor. Agents you start locally in the desktop IDE aren’t mirrored to the phone, so “Working 0” and the empty Needs Attention screen were accurate for what you had running at the time. The workspaces you can see are your connected repos, which tells me your login and repo connection are set up correctly.
To get the experience you’re picturing, start the work as a cloud agent: in the app, pick a repo and describe the task, or on desktop choose Cloud in the dropdown under the agent input. You can also get started with Cloud agents on the web and then easily pick those up on the mobile app: https://cursor.com/agents Those run in a full development environment, and they show up on your phone automatically with live progress, lock screen updates, push notifications when they finish or need you, and PR review.
