IPython Notebooks start to crash after a few minutes

:lady_beetle: Provide a clear description of the bug
For larger IPYNBs (~100 cells), actions such as:

  • cell navigation (dd, a, b)
  • text manipulation (cmd+A)

start to fail. Happens as soon as 10 mins of starting & running the notebook.

Notebook does not need to be massive – RAM usage is <1GB.

Open a Jupyter notebook w/ 100+ cells and run it for a few minutes.

It has made me try out alternatives (colab, Deepnote), but Cursor’s AI is still the best.
