Is cursor down atm?

it has been 20 minutes that I am not able to see my account in browser and chat says no internet connection.
" Connection failed. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN

No cursor is not down, its working at my end

@Dan_L could you go to Cursor Settings, then Networking and Run Diagnostics?

Hey, does creating a new chat resolve the issue?

I did there was no connectivity issue. however, new chat resolve the issue thanks to @deanrie
