Thanks Kevin, historically I’ve been using composer 2.5 for quick trivial tasks and opus 4.8 for complex tasks. But I’m guessing at this point cursor grok 4.5 is a sensible replacement for composer 2.5 for my use cases yea?

I’ve been using Grok 4.5 to create plans to feed to Composer 2.5 for implementation and it’s definitely outperforming Sonnet 5 for my use cases. I wouldn’t consider it a straight replacement for Composer 2.5 yet, because if you can do basic tasks in Composer 2.5, it’s still a lot cheaper than Grok …

Right but if you’re on the ultra plan, preferring grok 4.5 over composer 2.5 seems like a no brainer as neither will exceed the usage plan.
