Hey, thanks for the report and the request ID.

To answer the question in the title, it’s not your internet, it’s on our side. In Auto mode, sometimes a provider returns an error, and instead of automatically switching to another one, the system shows Provider Error. This is a known issue and the team is aware.

For now, there are two workarounds:

  • Just resend the message. Auto mode will usually route it to a different provider.
  • Pick a specific model instead of Auto. This fully avoids the routing issue.
