What about resizing your editor so it takes up 2 monitors?

So its really not possible? That would be a problem. Stretching the Window over two screens somehow does not work. Maybe its because it is Mac and I am using Displaylink Technology to use all the different screens (Mac is limited to connect screens, so you need a displaylink hub).

Would love to have this resolved. Would be game changer for me maybe some others. I often work with split tabs and sometimes file explorer open, this would be a great quality of life improvement change.

I remember reading about this a while back. [image] Custom layout of Visual Studio Code Visual Studio Code custom user interface layout. You can drag a file tab, outside the editor.

I am unable to interact with the chat window on following these steps. The chat gets successfully moved to another window but am unable to type in it.

Hey, after you open the chat in a new window, try reloading Cursor, this should solve the problem.
