Is there a way to make Cursor rules more reliable, similar to how Promptfoo handles prompt testing?

I’m looking for a way to ensure that Cursor rules remain reliable over time, especially as code changes. Tools like Promptfoo - https://www.promptfoo.dev provide ways to test and validate LLM prompts consistently. Does Cursor offer anything similar for rules? Or is there a recommended workflow to test and version rules effectively?

Thanks in advance!
