Hello Cursor Support Team
I am experiencing an issue with the chat composer in Cursor. Previously, my chat was displayed as a sidebar, but after clicking some buttons a few days ago, it now opens in a separate window or as another file, which is not the behavior I need.
I have tried the following steps to restore the sidebar chat:
- Closing and reopening the chat panel
- Checking settings for chat layout options
- Resetting Cursor’s UI settings
- Reinstalling Cursor
Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked. Could you please provide guidance on how to restore the chat composer to the sidebar?
