Issue with sign-in via SSO

I tried contacting the support via email but got no response.

We have the Business plan, and we have set up the sign-in for Okta SSO after using Cursor for a while.

After the transition, all users are able to access Cursor and sign in via Okta, except our contractors, who were invited by their company email address (username@other-company.com).

When they tried to sign in with our company email address (username@my-company.com), they get the Okta sign in process and get to the Cursor verification page which sends a code to their work email address.
If they enter the code, they’re signed in to their work account, which is not part of the business plan.

We tried to clean cookies and use other devices, inviting the user again with the company email, but no luck.
