Same issue here:
I think OpenAI did implement something to block you if your IP is from a blocked country or if you’re using a VPN with a dirty IP.
Not sure but it’s my guess since i’me getting the same thing.
and the solution for me is to use http_proxy in the env variable.
@ashutoshb09 @tiborrr Does this issue still persist for you? There might have been some downtime. Are you using your own API key?

Believe we had an intermittent infra issue last night. Should all be fixed now. Please let me know if you run into any issues.

@azer What model are you using with your own API key? Is it GPT-4 Turbo?
Got it resolved by starting a new chat so I guess it had gotten too long/big or something but been using gpt-4 standard.
Sorry for the problem here — we had a bug with our prompting for gpt-4-turbo. Should be fixed now. Lmk if you’re still seeing issues
