Hey, thanks for the report. Based on the description, it’s still hard to tell what’s happening. We’re missing a few details to troubleshoot.

A few things that would help:

  1. Your Cursor version: Help > About or Cursor > About Cursor.
  2. Which feature is failing: Chat, Agent, or Composer, and which model it’s on.
  3. The Request ID from one of the cut-off replies: open the menu in the top right of the chat and click Copy Request ID.

Also, it looks like the requests might not be reaching our servers at all, which often points to a network issue like a VPN, a corporate proxy, or network restrictions. Please try:

  • Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics and send the results.
  • Turn on Disable HTTP/2: App Settings Ctrl+, then search for HTTP/2 and enable Disable HTTP/2. This often helps when AI replies get cut off on restricted networks.
