When reviewing the last document, the position of the button UNDO ALL is just at the KEEP ALL position of the previous document review, which makes it easy to click UNDO ALL in mistake.

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known UX issue that our team is already aware of.
We understand that the current button positioning makes it easy to click the wrong one, and your feedback about the “KEEP ALL” and “UNDO ALL” buttons overlapping between file reviews reinforces this problem.
Workaround: If you accidentally click “UNDO ALL”, you can use Cmd+Z to undo the action and restore your changes.
