Cursor version 0.46.9 is in use.
After the update, certain projects will not be indexed.
We are currently using the company’s internal network.
However, some projects are indexed, but only certain projects cannot be indexed.
It’s stuck at setting up indexing…
Hey, do you have a corporate proxy? Try disabling HTTP2, and also check the logs. To do this, open the Output panel, select Cursor Indexing & Retrieval from the dropdown menu, and also refer to our troubleshooting guide.
im also getting this error, my indexing process is stuck on “setting up indexing…”

ive tried disabling http2 and all the restarting/reinstalling methods.
Try to disable the Git graph file relationships.
This has helped me to reindex the project.
Also disable and enable index new folders by default.
It was kind of stuck today
New project indexing was failing for me due to a VPN used for connection bonding. Turning that off allowed the initial handshake to go through with no issue and the project was indexed!
