I am using cursor on Ubuntu and from time to time I keep getting a message to download a new version. When I go to cursor.com and download it ends up being the same version as what I have installed. Is there a way to figure out what the latest version on the website is? The download page conspicuously does not show the version numbers.
Hi! Cursor dev here – we recently shipped an auto-updater for the .AppImage. It does require that the .AppImage be user-writable; curious if this is the case?
Also, it would be helpful if you could share the logs from the auto updater. If you open Cursor from the terminal and then click the update button, the app should close, and the auto-updater will run and log to the terminal. Could you share the output? Thanks!
